Our sockets are hot forged according to the latest findings in deformation technology and are characterized by high torques and the high wear resistance. The basis for all CARL WALTER sockets is safe handling. In the case of sockets with the square drive, a safe connection is therefore made by a ball catch hole at 1/4", a ball catch groove at 3/8" to 3/4" and a pin lock at 1". Based on our many years of experience, we offer our socket spanners as standard articles or as custom-made products according to special requirements.

Socket wrench: product features
The ergonomic shape of the lever-operated ratchet allows it to be used without hindrance in all working positions. For this purpose, extra fast connections have been designed through recessed wrench openings on the face side and recessed inner square edge of the sockets. The small working angle, high switching comfort and a swivel angle of only 6° also offer practical benefits. This enables work in confined spaces with high torques. Switching comfort is ensured by a recessed switching lever to prevent accidental switching in the case of lever-operated ratchets or smooth, central switching in the case of fine-tooth ratchets.

Socket wrenches offer many advantages, which, however, can often not be perceived in special applications due to the standardized dimensions. Due to our many years of experience as a special tool manufacturer, we enable our customers to have individually manufactured special sockets according to their requirements. These are specially developed by us or produced according to customer samples.

After accepting the specified contour, we designed and manufactured the inserts according to the customer requirements and special contour.

The customer has successfully used the tool and can optimize his assembly work.

The double ended box wrenches 1130 made of chrome vanadium steel are forged in the manufacturing process and drilled through. The surface is chrome-plated. A rotary pin is required for use. The sockets are available individually or as a set and include wrench sizes from 6x7mm to 30x32mm.

The 1080 N double ended pipe socket wrench is made from a seamless cold drawn precision steel tube and is both hardened and nickel plated. The wrench sizes on the 1080 N range from 6x7mm to 50x5mm. Sockets for hand use 1300
The chrome-plated socket wrench inserts made of chrome vanadium steel with internal square drive and ball catch groove are available in 6.3-1/4", 10-3/8", 12.5-1/2", 20-3/4" and 25-1". Depending on the version, the inserts are suitable as standard for external hexagon screws, internal hexagon screws, double hexagon screws, slotted screws, Phillips screws, Pozidriv screws and internal TX screws.
